Delete Your Account

How to have your Valerion account and its data erased — from inside the game, or by email if you no longer have it installed.

Effective August 17, 2026

1. Deleting from inside the game

This is the fastest route and the one we recommend:

  • Open Profile → Caution → Delete Account.
  • We email a six-digit code to the address on your account. Enter it to confirm.
  • Once confirmed, the deletion runs immediately. It cannot be undone.

2. If you no longer have the game installed

You do not need the app to have your account erased. Email support@valeriongame.com from the email address your account is registered to and ask us to delete it.

That the request arrives from your own registered address is how we verify it. We will never ask you for your password, payment details, or an identity document, and there is no form on this page that deletes an account — that would let anyone submit someone else's address.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details — email, password, and any linked Google or Apple identities
  • Your username and profile
  • All champions, items, mounts and gems
  • Your gold and valorstone balances
  • Friendships and pending friend requests
  • Guild membership and the guild chat messages you wrote
  • Push notification tokens
  • Ad reward records
  • Leaderboard and renown entries

If you lead a guild: leadership passes to its most senior remaining member — elders first, then whoever joined earliest. If there is no one else in the guild, the guild is disbanded.

4. What deleting your account does not do

  • It does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the store, not by us, so deleting your account leaves an active subscription running. Cancel it separately in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
  • It does not erase purchase records held by the payment provider. Google Play, Apple and RevenueCat keep transaction records to meet their own legal and accounting obligations. Those records are theirs, not ours, and we cannot delete them on your behalf.

5. Backups

The deletion runs against our live database straight away. Our database plan currently keeps no daily backups and no point-in-time recovery window, so there is no snapshot from which a deleted account could be brought back. If we ever enable database backups, this page will state the exact retention period before that change takes effect.

6. The beta mailing list

If you also joined the closed beta list on this website, that address lives separately from your game account. Say so in the same email and we will remove it as well — or see the privacy policy for details.
