1. Agreement

By using valeriongame.com or joining the beta list, you agree to these terms. The website and Valerion: The First Light are operated by Tunic Games ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The service

Right now, this website exists to share information about the game and to collect signups for the closed beta. The game launches on iOS and Android on January 3, 2027; a closed beta is planned for October 2026.

3. Beta access

• Joining the beta list does not guarantee a beta invite — spots may be limited.
• The beta is pre-release software: expect bugs, downtime, and balance changes.
• Beta progress, items, and accounts may be changed or wiped at any time, including before launch.
• Beta access runs through each platform's testing programs (Apple TestFlight, Google Play testing), so their terms also apply.
• Feedback you send us about the game can be used freely to improve it, without obligation or compensation.

4. Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload the website or game servers, no unauthorized access, no scraping the beta list infrastructure, and no using the game or site for anything unlawful.

5. Ownership

Valerion: The First Light — including its name, art, characters, writing, music, and code — belongs to Tunic Games. You may enjoy it personally, screenshot it, and create videos or streams of it; you may not resell it, copy its assets into other products, or pass it off as your own.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The website, beta, and game are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will exist at launch.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunic Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, beta, or game. Everything here is currently free; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service — which, for a free website and beta, is zero.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end beta access or list membership if these terms are broken. You can leave at any time by unsubscribing or asking us to delete your data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you're entitled to under the laws of your home country.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the game approaches beta and launch; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date above.

2. Hizmet

Şu anda bu web sitesi, oyun hakkında bilgi paylaşmak ve kapalı beta için kayıt toplamak amacıyla var. Oyun 3 Ocak 2027'de iOS ve Android'de çıkıyor; kapalı beta Ekim 2026 için planlanıyor.

3. Beta erişimi

• Beta listesine kaydolmak beta daveti alacağınızı garanti etmez — kontenjan sınırlı olabilir.
• Beta bir yayın öncesi yazılımdır: hatalar, kesintiler ve denge değişiklikleri beklenmelidir.
• Beta ilerlemesi, eşyalar ve hesaplar, çıkış öncesi dahil olmak üzere herhangi bir zamanda değiştirilebilir veya sıfırlanabilir.
• Beta erişimi her platformun test programları üzerinden yürür (Apple TestFlight, Google Play test), dolayısıyla onların koşulları da geçerlidir.
• Oyun hakkında bize gönderdiğiniz geri bildirimler, herhangi bir yükümlülük ya da bedel olmaksızın oyunu geliştirmek için serbestçe kullanılabilir.

4. Dürüst kullanım

Hizmeti kötüye kullanmayın: web sitesini veya oyun sunucularını aksatma ya da aşırı yükleme girişimi, yetkisiz erişim, beta listesi altyapısını kazıma ve oyunu ya da siteyi hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanma yasaktır.

5. Mülkiyet

Valerion: The First Light — adı, görselleri, karakterleri, metinleri, müziği ve kodu dahil — Tunic Games'e aittir. Kişisel olarak oynayabilir, ekran görüntüsü alabilir, video ya da yayın yapabilirsiniz; yeniden satamaz, varlıklarını başka ürünlere kopyalayamaz veya kendinizinmiş gibi sunamazsınız.

6. Garanti reddi

Web sitesi, beta ve oyun, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle", hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını veya belirli bir özelliğin çıkışta yer alacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Tunic Games; web sitesi, beta veya oyunu kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi ya da sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Buradaki her şey şu an ücretsizdir; herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, hizmet için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır — ücretsiz bir site ve beta için bu tutar sıfırdır.

8. Fesih

Bu koşullar ihlal edilirse beta erişimini veya liste üyeliğini askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de dilediğiniz an listeden çıkarak veya verilerinizin silinmesini isteyerek ayrılabilirsiniz.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, kendi ülkenizin yasalarından doğan tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

10. Değişiklikler

Oyun betaya ve çıkışa yaklaştıkça bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm her zaman yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihiyle bu adreste durur.
