Who we are
Valerion: The First Light and this website are made by Tunic Games. For anything in this policy, contact us at support@valeriongame.com.
What this policy covers
It covers this website (valeriongame.com) and the Valerion: The First Light mobile game. The game is not yet released; when the closed beta opens, this policy will be updated with the app's exact data practices before you can play.
What we collect on this website
- Your email address — only if you join the beta list. Submitting the signup form is the only way this site collects anything from you directly.
- Standard server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
What we use your email for
- Sending your closed beta invite (planned for October 2026).
- Occasional news about the beta and the launch on January 3, 2027.
That's all. Your email is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. Any news email we send will include an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time by emailing us.
What the game will collect
When the beta opens, the app will need: your email address (sign-in works with one-time codes — no passwords) and your game progress (heroes, items, dungeon floors reached), stored so your account works across devices. The game will have no third-party ads and will not sell your data. Details will be spelled out here before the beta begins.
Where your data lives
- Cloudflare — hosts this website, manages the domain, and stores the beta list in a database on our Cloudflare account.
- Supabase (EU region) — will store game accounts and progress once the beta opens.
These providers process data only to run the services described above.
How long we keep it
Beta-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until the list itself is retired after launch. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email support@valeriongame.com. If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar protections (GDPR and comparable laws), these are your legal rights and we honor them for everyone regardless of location.
Children
This website and the beta list are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove the address.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes (like the app's data practices at beta) will be called out clearly.
